How to Enable Service Type Selection as Eat-In or Take-Out for Every Walk-In Order
To prompt service type selection (Eat-In or Take-Out) for each walk-in order:
Step 1: Go to Setup.
Step 2: Select Global Settings.
Step 3: Open the Others tab.
Step 4: Under the Walk-In section, toggle on Enable Service Type Selection.
Once enabled, whenever a staff member opens the Walk-In page, a prompt will appear asking them to choose between Eat-In or Take-Out before placing the order.
