How to integrate Otter to Sapaad?

Effortlessly receive and manage orders from Otter, all from the convenience of your Sapaad POS system.

Step 1: Go to Setup > Partner Integrations
Step 2: Select Online Platform Aggregators and toggle Otter to enable
Step 3: Accept the user agreement and click Proceed
Step 4: Otter is now integrated! Click the Settings button

Next, you’ll be taken to the setup page for Otter.

Step 5: Choose your store location and enter the assigned Partner Store ID from Otter
Step 6: Set menu availability schedule for regular and special hours
Step 7: Once done, click Save

Now, you need to set up the menu you want to make available to Otter.

Step 8: Head to Setup > Location Setup and select the store where Otter is enabled
Step 9: Click Online Platform Aggregators and select Otter Menu
Step 10: Customize and select items for the Otter menu

If you need to designate certain items as unavailable for a specific date or time:

Step 11: Tick the availability checkbox for items
Step 12: Specify availability for a specific date and time or mark it as unavailable indefinitely
Step 13: Scroll down, and then click Save Category
Step 14: Scroll up and click Sync Menu to reflect changes made to the Otter menu

To ensure your menu reflects correctly in your Otter dashboard:

Step 15: Go to your Otter dashboard, then head to Menus 
Step 16: Click the Add Menu button, and then click Import
Step 17: In the drop-down menu, select your brand, choose the correct location, and select Sapaad as one of your connected services
Step 18: Press Continue
Step 19: Select the location where you previously enabled Otter in your Sapaad account
Step 20: Press Create Menu
