If a customer cancels a menu item, how will the kitchen staff be notified?
If an item has been cancelled on Sapaad Cloud POS, it will automatically be updated on Sapaad KDS 2.0. The item will be struckout in red on both the Expedite Screen and the respective Kitchen Prep Screen.
