How to change the number of ticket rows displayed on my Kitchen Prep and Expedite Screens?
Sapaad KDS 2.0 is built with gold-standard design sensibilities and user experience. You can easily customize the number of ticket rows of any screen in real-time to suit different kitchen conditions and chef requirements.
To change the number of ticket rows:
Step 1: Visit Delivery Manager > KDS.
Step 2: Open the appropriate screen.
Step 3: Click on 
Step 4: Against No. Of Rows select 1 or 2.
If you are working on a bump interface you can press the 0 key to easily customize the settings.
