How to send an SMS to customers who are not part of my customer database?
To send an SMS to customers who are not in your database:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > SMS > Open Send.
Step 2: Type in the numbers of the customers and enter your message.
Step 3: Click Send.
