How to disable tax on a particular menu item?

To disable tax on a menu item:

Step 1: Visit Setup > Location Setup.
Step 2: Select the appropriate location.
Step 3: Select Menu Management > Menu.
Step 4: Select the Menu Category of the menu item.
Step 5: Search for the menu item in the search field.
Step 6: Click on the Tax Rate drop-down, choose Select Rate, and click Save.
