The customer placed an order on our website but wants to pick it up at the restaurant.
When placing the order online, the customer can select a “Pick up from the restaurant” option and select the branch at which they would like to pick it up from. The order then shows up under Delivery Manager > Home Deliveries > Take Away Orders on your POS.
