How to place a future order in Sapaad CRM?
To place a future order in Sapaad, first, you must enable accepting future orders.
Step 1: Visit Setup > Global Settings > Others.
Step 2: Enable the Accept Scheduled Orders option.
To place a future order:
Step 1: Go to CRM.
Step 2: Enter the customer’s mobile or telephone number in the search field and click Search.
Step 3: Click the Place New Order button, enter your customer’s order, and click Place Order.
Step 4: Click the Schedule button and select the date and time that you want this order to print in your kitchen.
Step 5: Click Confirm. You’ll find this order under Delivery Manager > Home Deliveries > Future Orders.
